Rob’s Slow Cooker Chili
1lb Ground Beef
1 Green Bell Pepper
1 Red Bell Pepper
2 Can’s Diced Tomatoes Undrained
2 Can’s Dark Kidney Beans Undrained
1 Can Tomato Sauce
McCormick Grill Mates Hamburger Seasoning
Crushed Red Pepper Seasoning
2 Packages Chili Seasoning Mix
Thoroughly season meat with kosher salt and hamburger seasoning then brown. Once browned drain and transfer meat to slow cooker. Add 2 cans diced tomatoes undrained, 2 cans dark kidney beans undrained, and 1 can tomato sauce. Cut both green and red bell peppers into tiny portions and add to chili. Add chili seasoning mix and lightly add crushed red pepper seasoning. Mix together then lightly add more crushed red pepper seasoning. Mix again. Cook either on low for 10 hours or on high for 5 hours.
Serves approximately 10 people or you can have plenty of left overs.
Service with graded/shredded cheddar cheese and crackers
Also good served over a baked potato
Freeze left overs for supper another night
